This is why “Team Hest” is solely comprised of responsible, caring individuals who uphold our service promise to you:
- No Service or repair recommendation will be made that is deemed unnecessary. In other words, we will never make a recommendation to fix something that simply doesn’t need it.
- The condition of any component on any equipment will be documented on the service order to verify the reason for any service recommendation.
- You will be given an estimate before we begin work on repairs and service.
- You will always have final approval on any service or repair recommendations.
- We will clearly itemize and document all service and repair work. This includes (whenever applicable) pricing, part numbers, etc.
- You will be provided with all applicable warranty information on your equipment
- We will make every effort to communicate and work with you in a timely manner.
- All service work will meet HEST Fitness Products’ and product manufacturer’s standards.
- All service work is to be completed by fully trained and qualified personnel.
- All service personnel will abide by all safety rules and regulations as set forth by HEST Fitness Products and product manufacturers.
- Customers will be given the option to have the parts ordered overnight, second day, or ground, at customer expense, unless otherwise specified by warranty.
